Acts of kindness are a big part of mastery in the I-Ho-Chuan program. They are so easy to do but still have a huge impact on the people around you. You could make a stranger’s day by just saying hello to them or help an elderly person load their groceries into their car.
Your attitude also has a huge impact on the people around you. If you’re sad or unhappy most people around you will be too. If you’re cheerful and happy most people around you will be too.
