Hip Opening Day 3 - Scissor and Passive Squat

Demo videos attached.  You may need a stool, cushions and something to put under your heals (ie. like the pool noodle).

It doesn't matter what you look like....stay limp, loose and relaxed...breathe...and make sure to time yourself.
