Student Membership Hold Request

To request your Silent River Kung Fu Student Membership be put on temporarily hold and have your position held until your return, please complete the following:

  1. Complete the form on this page.

  2. BEFORE THE HOLD PERIOD BEGINS - Sign the appropriate paperwork for membership recommencement.

  3. Receive confirmation that your hold request has been approved.

  4. Continue to pay your tuition during your hold period. It will be credited upon your return.

Due to our waiting lists, and depending upon the length of hold requested, we cannot guarantee every hold request will be approved. If we cannot accommodated your request, we will do our best to ensure the waiting period upon your return is as short as possible.
