Sil Lum Seminar- Mindful Exercise and Mobility

Presented by Sihing Jackie Kohut

Saturdays at 9am, April 12 through May 17

We are excited to announce our first Sil Lum Seminar of the year, running for six weeks every Saturday at 9am April 12 through May 17.

This will be a six week seminar where Sihing Kohut will be sharing her immense knowledge of mindful targeting, developing awareness of the body and moulding the perspective on personal progress through exercise and flexibility training.

This is an incredible opportunity, provided to us by someone with firsthand knowledge of rebuilding the body and regaining skills that many take for granted. Having been diagnosed with Essential Thrombocytosis in 1990 which progressed to Myelofibrosis in 2021, Sihing Kohut had to undertake a journey that has taken years, and continues to this day, in rebuilding her muscles and trust in her body. Her knowledge comes from many sources, and she has consolidated her years of recovery into a format that can be beneficial to anyone at any stage of their training. Physical conditioning is a matter of mindful practice and an act of discipline; Sihing Kohut will give you the tools to forge your own training as you choose.

Participants will need to supply their own blanket and pillow. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes.

If interested, please talk to your instructors. Enrolment will be limited. Cost is $105.00 +GST.
